Carmichael’s Restaurant is available for buffet breakfast or à la carte dinner daily from March until October. You will find the menu features contemporary cuisine prepared with local produce. A selection of Australian beers and wines are available to complete your meal. Breakfast is from 5.30am to 9.30am and dinner is from 5.30pm to 8.30pm.

Your night will begin with canapes and sparkling wine before you are led to a secluded location where your table has been prepared under the night sky. What follows is a gastronomic experience—a five-course dinner masterfully prepared with seasonal, local produce and paired with fine Australian wines.

If you are looking to stock up on provisions to prepare your own food at your campsite or on the resort BBQs, the General store at Discovery Resorts - Kings Canyon has you covered. The store is stocked with essentials like gas bottles, meat, drinks, and a selection of hot and cold food. It is open from 7am to 7pm daily, with fuel also available.
Located 38km south from Kings Canyon car park, Kings Creek Station is a functioning cattle station that offers a range of accommodation options as well as on-site activities (such as ATV tours and scenic helicopter flights).
The cafe at Kings Creek Station offers you a range of hot cooked meals, snacks, and drinks, including beer and wine. For a true Kings Canyon food experience, try the famous camel burger! Opening hours are subject to change, but regularly open for breakfast through to dinner.
Barbeques are available for campers at both Discovery Parks - Kings Canyon and Kings Creek Station to cook on. Additionally, you could organise a BBQ for lunch or dinner on the go in Watarrka National Park at the Kings Canyon Picnic Area or Kathleen Springs carpark with Gas BBQs, drinking water, picnic tables and toilets available for travellers.
